Internal Family Systems

You may notice that different parts of you seem to take over at different times—the part that worries, the part that feels overwhelmed, the part that tries to keep everything under control, or the part that becomes critical when things don't go as planned. Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate way to understand these inner experiences without judging or trying to get rid of them. Together, we can become curious about what these parts are carrying, where they came from, and what they may be trying to protect. As you develop a deeper understanding and connection with yourself, you can begin to respond to life's challenges with greater calm, compassion, and choice—rather than feeling pulled along by familiar patterns.

Brainspotting

Sometimes an experience can feel deeply rooted, even when you can't quite put it into words. Brainspotting offers a gentle way to connect with emotions, memories, and experiences that may feel stuck or difficult to access through talking alone. By slowing down and bringing gentle attention to what you notice in your body and your internal experience, we can create space for what has been held beneath the surface to be acknowledged and processed. Rather than forcing an experience to make sense, Brainspotting allows you to move at your own pace while creating room for greater ease, integration, and healing.

The experiences we've had, the relationships we've been part of, and the environments we've lived in all influence the way we understand ourselves and respond to the world around us. Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) helps us explore these connections with curiosity and compassion, bringing together what we know about the brain, body, relationships, and emotional experience. Together, we can begin to notice patterns that once made sense but may no longer serve you, while creating opportunities for greater self-understanding, connection, and presence in your life today.
